My father had visited the Washington DC before his west coast tours and also took part in the Cherry Blossom festival and planted the trees at Arlington Central. He took beautiful snaps of arrangement of that festival and told me about the 2015 festival which will be held on March 20 – April 12. I will go there to see this stunning festival by myself.
